Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Available for all orders

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Minimum order value: $50

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas). International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (original shipping costs are non-refundable)

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition (with tags if applicable)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Electronic accessories (including fish finder accessories)
  • Down rigger accessories
  • Any opened or used electronic products

This includes items from our Electronic Accessories, Fish Finder Accessories, and Down Rigger Accessories categories.

Exchanges

For exchanges:
