Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Available for all orders
Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Minimum order value: $50
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas). International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium fishing equipment with a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Here’s what you need to know:
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition (with tags if applicable)
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Electronic accessories (including fish finder accessories)
- Down rigger accessories
- Any opened or used electronic products
This includes items from our Electronic Accessories, Fish Finder Accessories, and Down Rigger Accessories categories.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):

- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 3-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process
- Clearly indicate in your email the product you wish to exchange for
- We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- You will be responsible for any price difference
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or incorrect product:

International Returns
For our international customers (excluding parts of Asia):
